SERVICE STEPS

Operator Qualifications : The undersigned agrees that only qualified personnel, as determined by ClementWild Limited (“the Company”), shall be permitted to operate and handle the rented filming equipment (“the Equipment”). Proof of qualifications may be required prior to rental.
Care and Maintenance : The Renter agrees to exercise reasonable care and diligence in the use and maintenance of the Equipment throughout the rental period. The Renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the Equipment during the rental period, including but not limited to theft, misuse, vandalism, or negligence.
Return Condition : Upon the conclusion of the rental period, the Renter agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. If the Equipment is not returned in its original condition, the Renter acknowledges that they shall be liable for the costs of repair or replacement as determined by the Company.
Rental Policy Compliance : The Renter agrees to adhere strictly to the rental policy set forth by the Company. Failure to comply with these terms may result in financial penalties or the termination of the rental agreement.
Late Fees : The Renter acknowledges that late returns will incur a fee of [insert late fee amount] per day until the Equipment is returned. Continued late returns may also result in additional charges or restrictions on future rentals.
